About this program: Today’s managers are no longer just responsible for getting work done – they are the critical link between strategy and execution, people and performance. Leadership Training for Managers is a 2.5-day immersive development experience designed to equip mid-level leaders with the skills and mindset required to lead larger, cross-functional teams and drive organizational success.

This program strengthens a manager’s ability to balance the human side of leadership with business growth. Participants learn how to collaborate across teams, apply strategic problem-solving, and lead with agility in an environment of constant change. With an emphasis on enterprise thinking and portfolio management, leaders develop the confidence to inspire high-performing teams whose contributions accelerate both culture and results.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Inspire, motivate, and guide teams while managing operational priorities
  • Translate organizational strategy into clear goals, plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Apply innovation and problem-solving processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Strengthen coaching, performance management, and delegation skills
  • Communicate with clarity, lead effective meetings, and handle mistakes constructively
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth

Participants will leave with practical tools, a clear leadership vision, and a personalized breakthrough plan they can immediately apply to their teams and organizations.
