About this program: Great leaders aren’t defined by how much they do – but by how well they develop others! As projects grow more complex and teams more diverse, technical excellence alone is no longer enough. Stop Doing, Start Leading is a 2.5-day immersive leadership experience designed to help emerging leaders confidently step out of the role of individual contributor and into the role of trusted, effective team leader!

This program builds the core leadership capabilities required to lead in today’s fast-paced, project-driven construction environment – on the job site and in the office. Participants will strengthen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and communication skills while learning how to set clear expectations, give constructive feedback, and foster psychologically safe, high-performing team culture.

Through practical tools, real-world scenarios, and proven Dale Carnegie leadership principles, leaders will learn how to:

  • Transition from managing tasking to leading people
  • Build trust, integrity and accountability within their teams
  • Communicate authentically and influence others effectively
  • Guide performance, manage conflict and inspire confidence
  • Develop themselves and others through intentional leadership

This is more than leadership training – it is a mindset shift. Participants leave with a personalized leadership impact plan and the skills needed to lead with clarity, confidence and credibility in today’s dynamic work environment.
