This introductory course is designed to help new and beginning users gain confidence working in Bluebeam Revu. In this session, participants will learn the core tools and workflows used in the construction industry to efficiently review, mark up and collaborate on project documents.

The class focuses on practical skills that help users navigate drawings, communicate changes clearly, and improve document review workflows. By the end of the session, attendees will have a strong understanding of how to use Bluebeam Revue to streamline project communication and improve productivity. Topics covered include:

  • Navigating the Bluebeam Revu interface
  • Working with PDF drawings and documents
  • Essential markup tools (text, callouts, clouds and highlights)
  • Measuring tools for basic takeoffs
  • Using the Tool Chest for faster workflows
  • Managing markups with the Markups List
  • Best practices for document review and collaboration

Who Should Attend:  This course is ideal for construction professionals, estimators, project managers, engineers, architects and administrative staff who want to build knowledge using Bluebeam Revu.
