About this program: Strong leadership is defined by the quality of decisions made under pressure. In today’s fast-moving, high-stakes environment, leaders are expected to solve complex problems quickly – without letting stress, worry or uncertainty derail results. This live virtual session equips leaders with proven tools to analyze challenges, think critically, and make sound decisions that drive better outcomes for their teams and organizations.

The ability to analyze problems and make clear, confident decisions is a universal leadership skill. Leaders who master this capability empower their teams, reduce costly missteps, and create momentum – even in uncertain situations. This session delivers actionable skills leaders can immediately apply to real-world challenges, helping them move from reactive problem-solving to confident, intentional decision-making. Better decisions lead to better results.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Use defined processes to break down and solve challenging problems
  • Apply practical decision-making techniques to reach sound, defensible conclusions
  • Manage stress and worry that interfere with effective decision-making
  • Implement proven principles for structured, results-driven problem solving
