This course provides insight into OSHA enforcement activity from the most frequently cited standards in electrical construction and emphasis programs through OSHA’s new formula for penalty calculation. Participants will review pending regulations, including the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), offering insight into the future of safety under the current administration and suggestions on dealing with OSHA’s methods and changes.
