Date: Thursday, August 7, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Zoom Video Conference
About this program: Significant internal changes include reorganizations, retirements, and hiring; external changes include shifts in the marketplace, evolving expectations of clients, and innovation. Leading a changing organizations is a demanding, time-consuming responsibility.
In this seminar, we will explore and examine the people side of change, and how to effectively lead people through times of change. To set the stage for that, we will assess our own attitudes toward change. Then we will incorporate principles for leading individuals during times of change, and managing our own reactions to change. We will examine a recent change to discover new opportunities for overcoming the challenges of change. By becoming aware of attitudes and the history of change in our organization, we can take a more strategic approach to leading people through organizational change.
At the end of this seminar, you will be able to:
- Define the challenges of change that you and your team may encounter
- Create an awareness of how you and others may react to change
- Examine personal patterns and attitudes
- Discover three key practices to leading change
