A good foreman is often a company’s most valuable asset. This course will provide important knowledge and skills for foremen with a wide range of responsibilities. It will enrich an understanding of the business and process of construction and enable IBEW foremen to ensure that work is done correctly, safely, within budget and on-time. Anyone interested in improving their skills as a foreman should attend this training. This class is a requirement to qualify for foreman callout by name (where applicable).
