CFOs play a key role in the executive management team and should be responsible for more than just “running the numbers.” What best practices can CEOs put in place to drive a higher ROI from Construction Financial Managers? Clearly identify opportunities in your business that the CFO can make an impact requires defined expectations and measurable results. Following this course, participants will be able to:

• Define what CEOs expect from Best in Class Construction Financial Managers (CFMs)
• Draw distinction between role and responsibilities of the CFO and Controller
• Establish value of true CFMs and what they can (and should) bring to the business
• Identify critical functions or opportunities in your business the CFO may not be adequately fulfilling
