Topics covered include defining the supervisor’s role\, team building\, verbal communication\, written communication\, performance management\, employee relations\, safety\, production management\, planning and scheduling\, tool and material management\, and understanding costs. Another benefit of the program’s structure is the peer-to-peer interaction between new and experiences supervisors.
