It will enrich an understanding of the business and process of construction and enable IBEW foremen to ensure that work is done correctly\, safely\, within budget and on-time. Anyone interested in improving their skills as a foreman should attend this training. This class is a requirement to qualify for foreman callout by name (where applicable).
