OSHA Injury Tracking Requirement

The deadline for employers to electronically submit 2016 OSHA 300A summary form information to the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) is Friday, December 1, 2017. Visit the Injury Tracking Application page of OSHA’s website, to log in and submit your information through the OSHA Electronic Portal.

This applies to establishments with 250 or more employees that are currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, and establishments with 20 – 249 employees that are classified in certain industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses such as construction.
