Electrical Project Supervision, Level 2 – Stockton

Dates:  Tuesday – Thursdays, May 14th – 16th and 21st – 23rd, 2019
Time:  4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Location:  Stockton Training Center (1531 El Pinal Drive, Stockton)
Cost:  $100.00 (includes material and meals)

Instructors:

  • Bob Tieman: has 31 years of general foreman experience from various electrical construction companies including overseeing & ensuring safety, scheduling & maintaining work crews while maintaining employee morale on job sites. He graduated from a four year apprenticeship program in the 1980’s, and served as a JATC Trustee for 12 years.
  • Al Meadows: a member of IBEW 595 for 36 years, who retired in 2015 as a Safety & Training Director with a combination of JW, General Foreman & Superintendent experience. His education comprised of a four year apprenticeship and various other courses while working on a variety of projects throughout the Bay Area including hospitals, TI, data centers & manufacturing facilities.

Each succeeding level of Electrical Project Supervision requires completion of the previous level course.

The Electrical Project Supervision (EPS) program consists of three integrated levels of instruction. Topics covered include defining the supervisor’s role, team building, verbal communication, written communication, performance management, employee relations, safety, production management, and understanding costs. Another benefit of the programs’ structure is the peer-to-peer interaction between new and experienced supervisors.

Participants must attend all six consecutive classes to receive a certificate of completion. No make-up classes allowed.

Space is limited to 20 attendees.
